Trump has redirected $1.5 million in donations from his presidential campaign to a political action committee funding his legal defense.
The PAC, called Save America, now receives 10% of all online donations to Trump's campaign, up from 1% previously.
Save America has paid more than $16 million so far for Trump's legal fees related to investigations and lawsuits.

Trump's presidential rivals are not employing a similar strategy, instead using campaign funds solely for campaign purposes.
