Two Men Charged with Murder in Salford Torso Case

The charges follow the discovery of additional human remains linked to the murder of a man in his 60s.

Two men, aged 42 and 68, have been charged with murder after a torso was found in Kersal Dale Wetlands on April 4.
Further human remains were discovered at Blackleach Reservoir and Linnyshaw Colliery Wood, as part of the ongoing investigation.
The victim, believed to have been known to the suspects, is thought to have died in late March.
Police are conducting extensive searches, including at a warehouse and a house where the victim lived with the suspects.
The investigation continues with the support of the community, as police follow all leads to complete the case.
