Two Men Plead Not Guilty to 2018 Drive-By Murder of Teenage Girl in Tottenham

Marcus La-Croix and Michael Clarke deny charges in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Tanesha Melbourne-Blake, with trial set for March 2025.

  • The accused, Marcus La-Croix, 36, and Michael Clarke, 34, appeared via video-link at the Old Bailey and pleaded not guilty.
  • The murder weapon, a Czechoslovakian-made automatic self-loading pistol, was also linked to another fatal shooting in 2018.
  • The car used in the drive-by shooting was found burnt out in Barnet five days after the incident.
  • A four-week trial for La-Croix and Clarke is scheduled to begin on March 31, 2025.
