Two inmates escaped from a Philadelphia prison for nearly 19 hours before officials knew they were missing
Ameen Hurst, 18, is accused of killing four people and Nasir Grant, 24, was being held on conspiracy drug and weapons charges
They escaped by cutting a hole in a fence surrounding a recreation yard
Headcounts conducted at the prison did not show that the inmates were missing until about 3 p.m. the next day
Officials are investigating the incident and asking for the public's help in finding Hurst
