Two San Francisco Men Shot in Separate Oakland Incidents, One Fatally

Another San Francisco man, aged 24, was shot multiple times while driving in the Eastlake district early Saturday but is in stable condition.
The fatal shooting occurred in a residential area on the 1300 block of 102nd Avenue, marking the 16th homicide in Oakland this year.
The non-fatal shooting involved a 24-year-old man who was treated for wounds to his arm and leg after being found by police at a hospital.
No suspect information has been released for the Saturday shooting, and motives for both incidents remain under investigation.
