Tyler Herro Wins 2025 NBA 3-Point Contest in Thrilling Final Round

The Miami Heat guard edged out Buddy Hield and Darius Garland to claim his first 3-point contest title during NBA All-Star Saturday Night.

Tyler Herro scored 24 points in the final round to secure the 3-point contest victory, defeating Buddy Hield (23 points) and Darius Garland (19 points).
Herro is the fifth Miami Heat player to win the 3-point contest, joining James Jones, Daequan Cook, Jason Kapono, and Glen Rice.
Buddy Hield, who had the highest score in the first round with 31 points, narrowly missed tying Herro by failing to make all five shots on his final rack.
In addition to his contest win, Herro is enjoying a career-best season, averaging 23.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, and making his first All-Star appearance.
The Cleveland Cavaliers' Evan Mobley and Donovan Mitchell won the NBA Skills Challenge, defeating the Golden State Warriors' duo of Draymond Green and Moses Moody in the final round.
