UAW files labor complaint against Sen. Tim Scott over 'strike and you're fired' remark

UAW accused Scott of violating labor law by threatening workers' right to strike.
Scott defended his comments and invoked Reagan's firing of air traffic controllers.
Complaint filed with National Labor Relations Board by UAW president Shawn Fain.
UAW currently in negotiations with automakers over wages, benefits and working conditions.
Scott's presidential campaign raised $1 million the same day as UAW's complaint.
