UNC Campus Rocked by Second Lockdown in Two Weeks After Report of Armed Person

The first incident on August 28 resulted in the fatal shooting of a professor by a graduate student.
The second lockdown prompted a shelter-in-place order, but no shots were fired and no injuries reported.

A suspect, Mickel Deonte Harris, was arrested in relation to the second incident.
