Undead Woman Resurrected in New Film 'Poor Things'

Emma Stone stars as Bella Baxter, a woman brought back to life by a scientist in Yorgos Lanthimos' new film "Poor Things".
The film is based on the novel by Alasdair Gray and is set in a steampunk version of Victorian England.
Bella goes on an adventure with a lawyer to fight against inequality and challenge social norms.
The film's cast includes Willem Dafoe, Mark Ruffalo, Ramy Youssef, and Jerrod Carmichael.
"Poor Things" will be released in theaters on September 8, 2023.
