United Airlines Starts New Boarding Method Prioritizing Window Seats

United Airlines is implementing a new boarding process called WILMA to save up to 2 minutes per flight.
The WILMA method boards window seat passengers first, followed by middle and then aisle seats in economy class.
First class, business class, and preboarding groups will continue boarding as usual.
The change will be implemented on domestic and some international flights starting October 26.
United tested WILMA and found it reduced boarding times at test airports.
