US Drone Strike in Syria Kills ISIS Affiliate, Injures Bystander

A drone strike carried out by the U.S.-led coalition in northern Syria killed a man with Islamic State links.
The man who was killed had been riding a motorcycle at the time and a passerby was also wounded in the attack.
The U.S.-led coalition has been targeting militants linked to al-Qaida and IS in Syria for years.
IS sleeper cells continue to carry out deadly attacks in Syria despite their defeat in 2019.
In a separate incident, a traffic accident in Syria killed 16 people, including women and children.
