US Group Requests ICC Probe Into Biden's Alleged Role in Gaza War Crimes

Democracy for the Arab World Now accuses Biden administration officials of aiding Israeli war crimes through military and political support.

Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) has submitted a 172-page report to the International Criminal Court (ICC) urging an investigation into former President Joe Biden and his top officials for complicity in alleged war crimes in Gaza.
The report accuses Biden, Antony Blinken, and Lloyd Austin of providing military, intelligence, and diplomatic support to Israel despite knowledge of alleged human rights violations in Gaza.
DAWN claims the administration’s actions, including $17.9 billion in weapons transfers and vetoes of UN ceasefire resolutions, facilitated Israel's alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity.
This marks the first time a U.S.-based organization has formally requested the ICC to investigate a former U.S. president for war crimes.
The filing also highlights Donald Trump's sanctions against the ICC and his proposed forced displacement plan for Palestinians as potential grounds for separate investigations into his actions.
