Williams has had a strong individual performance this season, completing 68.6% of his passes for 3,633 yards, 30 touchdowns and just five interceptions, and adding 11 scores on the ground.
Despite his individual success, USC had a disappointing season, finishing with a 7-5 record and no hopes for playoffs.
Williams' father, Carl, previously suggested that his son might return to USC for another season if the top NFL draft franchises were not a good fit.
The deadline for Williams to declare for the NFL Draft is January 15.
