Overview

- Private sector participation will be encouraged through concessions and long-term land leases of up to 90 years, with the goal of positioning UP as a hub for quality seed production and export.
- Revised pay scales for DGCA contractual staff were approved, including a significant increase in pilot and co-pilot salaries and a 10% hike for current pilots, addressing long-standing demands.
- The Cabinet also sanctioned the construction of 71 Panchayat Utsav Bhawans in rural constituencies at a total cost of ₹100 crore to improve community event infrastructure.
