Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan national, was ordered deported by an Ohio-based immigration judge on September 9, 2024.
Moreno went viral earlier this year for encouraging illegal migrants to squat in abandoned U.S. homes and boasting about receiving government handouts.
He was arrested in March for failing to comply with ICE check-ins after crossing the border illegally in April 2022.
Deportation complications arise as Venezuela has halted acceptance of deportation flights from the U.S. in retaliation for economic sanctions.
Moreno remains in custody in Ohio and claims he is being persecuted, while also under investigation for federal gun charges.
