Vince Carter's Jersey to Be Retired by Toronto Raptors

NBA legend Vince Carter will visit Toronto for the ceremony and unveil renovations to Vince Carter Court in Dixon Park.

Vince Carter, a Hall of Famer and former Toronto Raptors star, will be in Toronto on Friday.
The Raptors are expected to announce the retirement of Carter's No. 15 jersey, making him the first player in team history to receive this honor.
Carter will also participate in the unveiling of renovations to the Vince Carter Court in Dixon Park, originally built by his Embassy of Hope Foundation in 2003.
Raptors president and vice-chairman Masai Ujiri is scheduled to attend the event.
Carter, a seven-time all-star and the 1998-99 NBA Rookie of the Year, played seven seasons with the Raptors, averaging 23.4 points over 403 regular-season games.
