Vince Carter's Jersey to Be Retired by Toronto Raptors

- The Raptors are expected to announce the retirement of Carter's No. 15 jersey, making him the first player in team history to receive this honor.
- Carter will also participate in the unveiling of renovations to the Vince Carter Court in Dixon Park, originally built by his Embassy of Hope Foundation in 2003.
- Raptors president and vice-chairman Masai Ujiri is scheduled to attend the event.
- Carter, a seven-time all-star and the 1998-99 NBA Rookie of the Year, played seven seasons with the Raptors, averaging 23.4 points over 403 regular-season games.
