The deal allows Wasserman to expand beyond sports into traditional Hollywood talent representation and content production.
Brillstein was founded in 1969 and has repped big names like Jim Henson and Lorne Michaels.
Wasserman can provide resources for Brillstein to grow its TV/film production business through further acquisitions.
