Mila De Jesus, a weight loss influencer with a significant following on Instagram and YouTube, died suddenly on January 12, 2024, at the age of 35.
Her husband, George Kowszik, and her daughter, Anna Clara, confirmed her death on social media, expressing their grief and thanking friends and family for their support.
De Jesus, who was born in Brazil and lived in Massachusetts, gained fame after undergoing bariatric surgery in 2017 and sharing her weight loss journey with her 59,000 Instagram followers and 103,000 YouTube subscribers.
De Jesus is survived by her husband, her daughter Anna Clara, and three sons, Pedro Henrique Marçal, Joao De Jesus, and Bento Luis De Jesus.
The cause of De Jesus' death has not yet been revealed.
