Overview

  • The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will announce Madhyamik (Class 10) results on May 2 at 9 am via a press conference, with online access starting at 9:45 am.
  • Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) will release SSLC (Class 10) results on May 2 at 11:30 am, with links active after 12:30 pm.
  • Students in West Bengal can check their results on official websites (wbbse.wb.gov.in, wbresults.nic.in), via SMS, or through DigiLocker, while Karnataka results will be accessible at karresults.nic.in.
  • Over 9.8 lakh students appeared for the West Bengal Madhyamik exams held from February 10 to 22, while nearly 8.96 lakh students took Karnataka's SSLC exams from March 21 to April 4.
  • Both boards have outlined minimum passing criteria—34% aggregate for WBBSE and 33% for KSEAB—with provisions for re-evaluation or supplementary exams for students needing improvement.
