Deez-Nuts Lee Kroll, 42, was arrested following a disturbance in Green Bay, Wisconsin, involving a gun.
The altercation began after Kroll allegedly punched someone in the shoulder, later brandishing a CO2 BB gun loaded with eight silver 4.5mm BBs.
Kroll appeared highly intoxicated during the incident, according to police reports, and was taken into custody after complying with officers' commands.
He faces charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and use of a dangerous weapon, all misdemeanors, with a potential sentence of up to nine months in prison.
Kroll, who also goes by Derrick L. Kroll, made a court appearance on March 6 and is scheduled for another on April 24, 2024.
