Wisconsin mom and boyfriend charged after emaciated boys found imprisoned in feces-filled room

Two boys aged 7 and 9 escaped a Wisconsin home naked and covered in feces.
The boys had been locked in a trash-filled room with boarded windows for at least a year.
The home was described as a "horror movie" scene littered with garbage and human waste.
The mother and her boyfriend admitted to imprisoning the boys and not providing medical care or schooling.
Both face multiple felony charges including child neglect and false imprisonment.
