Woman Rescued After Chasing Pet Parrot That Fled Falcon Attack in Wales

A woman climbed a cliff in Wales trying to retrieve her pet parrot that had flown away when startled by a falcon.
Mountain rescuers were called to help retrieve the woman and parrot safely from the cliffside.
The incident happened in the Glyderau mountain range and the rescue group said it was an unusual animal rescue.
In a separate case, rescuers carried a dog down a mountain on a stretcher after it had trouble walking.
Mountain rescuers say they occasionally have to assist dogs stranded on difficult climbs.
