X Introduces DM Editing for iOS Users

The new feature allows users to modify sent messages without a time limit, initially available on iOS with plans for wider rollout.

Users can edit direct messages by long-pressing or using the three-dot menu.
Each message can be edited up to five times, with no time limit on when edits can be made.
The feature is currently exclusive to iOS but will expand to other platforms soon.
Edited messages will display an 'Edited' label for transparency.
Security logs will be kept, but message history won't be shared with users.
