YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia Faces NCW Inquiry Over Controversial Remarks on Talk Show

The National Commission for Women questioned Allahbadia, Apoorva Mukhija, and others following backlash over offensive comments made on 'India's Got Latent.'

Ranveer Allahbadia, known as BeerBiceps, appeared before the National Commission for Women (NCW) on March 6 to address complaints about his remarks on 'India's Got Latent.'
The comments, deemed vulgar and offensive, sparked multiple FIRs and widespread criticism, prompting NCW involvement.
Allahbadia had initially sought a postponement of his hearing due to death threats and safety concerns, which the NCW granted.
Content creators Apoorva Mukhija and Ashish Chanchlani, along with the show's producers, were also summoned and questioned by the NCW.
The NCW will determine the next steps in the case, while Allahbadia has been granted interim protection from arrest by the Supreme Court.
