Ukraine Receives Last Tranche from EU Aid Package, Shoots Down Majority of Russian Drones
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy reports a slowdown in Russia's military planning and activity, citing a military intelligence directorate report.
- Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has accepted an invitation from Zelenskiy to hold a bilateral meeting, the first since Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
- Ukraine has received the last €1.5bn tranche from the €18 bn package from the European Union for 2023, according to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
