Nestlé Recalls Lean Cuisine and Stouffer's Meals Over Potential Contamination

Nestlé USA has issued a voluntary recall of four frozen meals, including three Lean Cuisine dishes and one Stouffer's product, due to potential contamination with 'wood-like material.'
The recall applies to products produced between August 2024 and March 2025 and distributed at major U.S. retailers between September 2024 and March 2025.
The affected meals are Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli, Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, and Stouffer's Party Size Chicken Lasagna.
Consumers are advised not to prepare or consume the products and to return them to the retailer for a refund or replacement.
Nestlé is cooperating with the FDA and USDA to investigate the issue and has emphasized that no other Lean Cuisine or Stouffer's products are impacted.
